CANCELLATION POLICY
Every order is handmade and custom made with care, so PLEASE read before placing your order! -Custom orders require planning, supplies and design time, so cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing your order -After 24 hours, orders may only qualify for partial store credit depending on how much work has been started. -Once painting or production has begun, orders are non-refundable. -Rush orders and event-date orders CANNOT be cancelled or refunded once accepted. -If there is an issue with your order, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery so I can make it right! By placing an order, you agree to these terms and understand that handmade items may have slight variations that make each piece unique.
